Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we approve your request. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Yes! If you've attended some classes in your package, you'll be refunded for the unused/unattended classes only. We calculate this fairly based on the per-session rate.
You get refunded for unattended classes only. Classes already taken are non-refundable since the teaching has already been delivered. The refund amount is calculated proportionally.
Yes, refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we may not be able to process refund requests, though we always try to work with families on a case-by-case basis.
